EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
EXPERIENCE
SCALE AI - OPERATIONS PROGRAM MANAGER (2021 - PRESENT)
I am the leader of operations for the most profitable Autonomous Vehicles projects at Scale. These projects are focused on training AI models to generate 3D, 2D and GIS maps. My responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-
Managing throughput while increasing the quality and optimizing processes.
-
Planning ahead to troubleshoot and mitigate risk.
-
Developing workflows to achieve SLA.
In addition to this, I have grown within my company by:
-
Leveraging my SQL and TypeScripts skills whilst working in tandem with APIs, as a Data Analyst I automate the data acquisition process to reduce operation times.
-
Optimizing queries by implemienting CTEs and window functions, as well as data manipulation operators.
-
Developing PM tools and systems for the entire organization from scratch.
-
Managing and mentoring junior members of staff.
-
Consulting and advising on the improvement of company softwares and tools (product development).
-
Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders.

TEYCO (CDMX, MX) - TECHNICAL ASSISTANT INTERN AND FREELANCE DESIGNER (2016 - PRESENT)
-
I worked with multiple packaging factories, implementing and fulfilling maintenance of sensors and actuators, of both pneumatic and electronic to increase useful life. In addition to this I would update the hardwares to accomplish a better performance.
-
I attended multiple packaging expositions (EXPO PACK) as a representative of my company. Additionally when EXPO PACK was in my country I performed demostrations of our machines to prospective clients.
-
I model and design 3D parts for packaging machines as well as generating the drawings and G codes to manufacture them, beside this I have also 3D printed parts in PLA.
INDUSTRIAL SKILLS
DESIGNER
As a designer I have advanced skills on CAD design and proficiency on CAE analysis where I apply the appropriate ISO/ANSI/ASME standards and methodologies like six sigma that allows me to obtain high-quality outcomes within agreed times and budgets while contemplating each step of the product life cycle.

I have four years of experience in 3D modeling using multiple software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA v5, Fusion 360, and NX. During this time, I have created a variety of parts and products from sketches and have interacted with a wide range of tools within the software. I am proficient in mechanical design with solids and assemblies, and have also gained experience in sheet metal and surface modules. Additionally, I have skills in animations, simulations, drawings, and GD&T.
I'm looking forward to improve my skills with the Sculpting feautures on 3D Experince and Fusion 360.
CAE
I'm competent in basic analysis, such as interference detection, clearance verification, hole alignment, curvature and body compare. Additionally, I am familiar with more complex analyses, such as finite element analysis and modal analysis. I have also experimented with generative design to both reduce the mass of existing parts and create parts with pre-generated constraints and specifications.
CAM
In the last two years, I have gained significant experience in various CAM processes such as 3D printing and laser cutting of materials like wood and acrylics. I am also familiar with CNC milling, drilling and lathe in which I have developed skills in reading and generating G codes to optimize designs and select appropriate tools for manufacturing.

AUTOMATION
As a highly skilled mechatronic engineer I have a proven track record of my expertise working with SCADA systems particularly with SIEMENS platforms like NX, Plant Simulation, Process Simulation, TIA Portal and MindSphere where I have developed multiple projects, such a digital twins, GRAFCET sequences, PID controllers, advanced simulations, and complex designs. This has allowed me to gain knowledge and experience on PLC programming, HMI design, OPC communication, control systems, data acquisition and monitoring in real-time by implementing cloud servers that in tandem with APIs allow us to automate multiple processes.

DATA ANALYTICS
As a business analiyst I have developed my skills on SQL
